Ableton Live 11 launch date announced
The hotly-anticipated update to the well-loved DAW is on its way

Ableton has announced that Live 11 will be available to purchase and download from 23 February 2021. For a sneak peek of what’s to come, check out our review here.
The new iteration of Live focuses on experimentation with probability, randomisation and MPE compatibility. Comping is included in Live 11 for a more comprehensive approach to audio recording and multitracking. A host of new Devices are on the horizon too, along with useful updates to existing Devices.
Although the release is just around the corner, you can still try out the beta version of Live 11 if you’re a Live 10 Standard or Suite owner. If you join, you’ll be helping Ableton improve on future versions of Live.
If you’re thinking of taking the plunge into Ableton Live, you can currently save 20 per cent on Live 10 and get a free upgrade to Live 11. This offer expires on 23 February.
