The long-awaited Reaktor 6 was finally revealed last week and Point Blank was one of the first on the scene with an exclusive first look overview video. Now, their expert Sound Design instructor Dan Herbert is back with another video diving deeper into Reaktor 6′s most exciting new feature, Blocks.
Blocks is similar to a modular synth and allows users to connect a series of modules together to both process sound and affect signals. Find out more about it in part two of our Reaktor 6 series and make sure you subscribe to Point Blank’s YouTube channel for part three and more tutorials and live events.
If you want to learn more about Reaktor, sound design, mixing, mastering and even composition, Point Blank’s online Diploma courses cover it and more.
Taken online for up to 64 weeks, they’re some of PB’s most comprehensive courses and can be taken from anywhere in the world, focussing on either Logic Pro X or Ableton Live. They’ve had people like Patrick Topping, Jon Rundell and Claude VonStroke study online with them so you know you’re in good hands. Find out more about Point Blank’s online Diploma courses here.
