This new pack from Loopmasters combines the musicality of jazz and soul with the production sounds of modern R&B and hip-hop, with 629MB of 24-bit audio in a range of formats. The warm-sounding chord progressions stretch across crunchy keys, fat synths and well played guitars and you’ll also find weighty live and synth bass riffs and drum loops, with component parts and plenty of satisfying, head-nod groove.
The production is well rounded, with a mix of drier-sounding loops alongside some lightly effected riffs, which gives the musicality space to shine. Given the quality of the progressions and excellent natural groove, it’s great to see that 47 MIDI files are included for you to use with your own sounds. To round things off, there are 61 sampler patches and a bunch of one-shots and multi-samples with some characterful drum and chord hits and some especially lovely, deep and subby basses.
