Beatport Link is up and running on Pioneer DJ’s rekordbox
You can also download tracks for offline use.
Back in May, Beatport unveiled Link, a subscription service that lets DJs stream the music platform’s tracks from select Pioneer DJ products. Link is now available in the public beta of Pioneer DJ’s rekordbox software.
With rekordbox on your laptop, you can now preview and mix full-length tracks from the Beatport catalogue. And if one stands out, you can purchase it as a download.
There are two Beatport Link plans on offer: Pro and Pro+. The first tier, priced at $39.99 for a month, lets you take 50 tracks offline in rekordbox. The second tier, which costs $59.99 for a month, offers 100 offline tracks.
Both subscription services are available now and offer a 30-day free trial. They’re currently only available to Mac users, but Windows support is reportedly in the pipeline.
