Tracktion Copper Reference – the most expensive interface ever?
You know how we always say to make sure you have the very best components in your signal chain – from microphone to monitor – that you can afford? Well this might just redefine the interface part. It claims to have the best components, the best converters, and the best spec of any stereo interface. It’s housed in a copper case with two valves on top of it and looks like it could withstand a New York blizzard. Well what’s $5k among friends. We’ll be reviewing it soon. Whether we’ll be giving it back is another matter.
