This pillow-speaker combo lets listeners ditch sleeping with earbuds

Nitebuds has launched the Indiegogo for their namesake product, a pillow-and-speaker combo that will free music fans of having to sleep with their earbuds in.
Nitebud says that their studies show there are four key components to getting sound sleep, which are physics, aroma, environmental temperature, and natural sound of pillows. Their studies also showed that a majority of people sleep soundly even with music playing, leading to the development of their Nitebud pillow.
The Nitebud has a crater-like structure inside the pillow where users can place the Nitebuds InsertSpeaker. This structure also prevents sound from leaking, the company claims, allowing the user to listen to music at 30% less volume while also not disturbing anyone sleeping next to them.
The Nitebuds InsertSpeaker itself features 2W audio output and comes with BlueTooth 5.0 connectivity that supports music streaming apps. The 500mAH battery reportedly boasts 20 hours of playtime on a 2-hour charge, which can be done using a USB-C cable. Users can also use the Nitebud app to choose from a selection of ASMR tracks to help them sleep with various customisation options like the amount of time the user wants the speakers to keep playing.

Nitebud wanters can also opt for several non-music related accessories as well, like a cooling pure water ice pack insert for hot nights and a Cypress Insert filled with 1cm cypress cubes for those inclined towards aromatherapy. Pillow height can also be adjusted using a cotton pillow insert.
Interested backers can select from several sets starting at USD99. On offer is the Minimalist set that provides the speaker and pillow combo only and the Standard set that comes with the aforementioned non-music related accessories. The pillow is available in standard and queen size as well.
