Behringer promise pro-grade headphones at a low price with BH 770
“Let them blow your mind”, says the pro audio brand.

Behringer’s recent string of synth clones has become something of a meme in the music tech community in recent months. When Analogue Solutions announced Colossus, a recurring comment on social media was “I’ll wait for the Behringer clone”. But, for good reason; Behringer’s RD-8 has garnered a positive response from consumers, with many people choosing to purchase it over the TR-8 – Roland’s own recreation of its legendary TR-808.
With the BH 770, Behringer is piercing the studio reference headphone market, taking inspiration from Beyerdynamic’s DT 770 – some of the most instantly recognisable closed-back studio headphones going.
Behringer’s BH 770 headphones feature 53mm dynamic drivers with a frequency response of 10hz to 38kHz, which they say will “deliver extended bass performance and detailed highs”. They have a lightweight design, suitable for long studio sessions with ultra-soft ear cups and adjustable headband. According to the brand, their design provides “natural speaker-like monitoring with spacious sound staging”.
Featuring a quarter-inch adapter for its 1/8-inch connector, the BH 770 headphones are designed to be used with a variety of devices, from smartphones to mixing consoles. The cable itself is made of braided fabric and oxygen-free copper.
Listing for a remarkably low $34.99, Behringer claims that “with the amazing BH 770 headphones, you get truly-exceptional, high-resolution sound reproduction – at a price that will leave money in your pocket for more tunes, or more studio gear!”.
Behringer BH 770 headphones are available now at $34.99. Find out more at behringer.com.
