Arturia’s AudioFuse 8Pre interface now available
The eight-channel, dual-mode interface is packed with premium preamps and comes with Creative Suite plugins.

The AudioFuse 8Pre was announced at NAMM 2019 and is said by Arturia to be a “highly spec’d, versatile studio solution” with eight channels of “premium analogue audio”. Each channel features an Arturia DiscretePRO mic preamp, designed with the goal of tonal transparency, with a decent gain boost and very low noise.
Dual functionality means it can either be used as a standalone multi-in/out interface, or as an expander for another interface. It’s can also be mounted in a 19” studio rack, or used as a desktop interface.
Arturia claims to have used the highest quality components in every stage of its circuitry, with the aim of building a perfect recording and listening solution with flat responses, and perfect AD/DA conversion. With eight inputs and eight outputs, the AudioFuse 8Pre could well be a useful tool for getting a whole band recording down with one take, and giving live sound engineers more flexibility at gigs. Channels 1 and 2 feature effect insert points, giving you more creative options when you desire it, too.
It also comes with AudioFuse Creative Suite which features some popular plug-ins from Arturia’s ‘You’ll Actually Use’ series. Analog Lab Lite, a software instrument packed with presets from the award-winning V collection is also included in this bundle. Other effects include: TridA Pre, 1973 Pre, V76 Pre, Mini Filter, Comp FET-76, and Delay TAPE-201.
The AudioFuse 8Pre is available to purchase now for $799/ €699 through all Arturia stockists. Find out more at Arturia.com.
