Not long after releasing the Engine OS 1.5 update, Denon DJ has announced today that its PRIME range can now integrate with Virtual DJ.

PRIME hardware like the SC6000, PRIME GO and PRIME 2 and 4 will allow users of the world’s most popular DJ’ing software to access coloured waveforms, hot cues, touch screen gestures and OLED FX feedback. Denon DJ’s hardware can also be used to control VirtualDJ’s video FX.

Stem separation has also been newly built into VirtualDJ, making it a truly unique piece of software for DJs at this time. It is currently the only desktop DJ’ing software that offers real-time separation of instrumentation from a stereo file.

The intuitive interface on Denon DJ’s PRIME gear allows for swift browsing of music, either from within the user’s library or from Beatport LINK, Beatsource LINK and SoundCloud GO+.

Denon DJ’s PRIME update is free and available now. Find out more at denondj.com
