ujam’s Beatmaker HYPE boasts big house and classic Ibiza drum kits

German-American software developer ujam has announced a new addition to its Beatmaker series with HYPE. The groove-crafting instrument is built around samples and patterns from various sub-genres of house music, namely progressive house, EDM, deep house and classic Ibiza house.
Ujam’s Beatmaker 2 is an easy-to-use drum generator that is designed to take away the hassle of programming MIDI notes and humanising quantised grooves. HYPE packs in 460 drum patterns, professionally sampled in 20 different styles and 50 signature presets to instantly get roof-raising house beats. There are 10 different drum kits to choose from with 12 mix presets to dial in your desired sound.
HYPE sports a signature Riser control that automates the multi-effects chain to create tense, dramatic build-ups. As with other Beatmaker instruments, HYPE features MIDI drag and drop functions and a resizable GUI. Other recent Beatmaker releases include VICE, based on 80s and synthwave drums, and VOID, designed for drum ‘n’ bass.
The plug-in is available now in VST, AU and AAX formats and as a free, fully functional 30-day-trial. HYPE is currently on an introductory offer, priced at €/$49 until 30 August 2020, raising to €/$69 thereafter. The bundle of six Beatmakers is available for €/$289 and owners of the Beatmaker Bundle are offered to upgrade their bundle with HYPE for a special loyalty offer of €/$29 until 30 August.
