Hot on the heels of Studio One 5’s release, PreSonus has announced the launch of a brand new membership program dubbed PreSonus Sphere. The service offers its members complete access to the brand’s collection of recording, mixing, scoring and production software – including both Studio One Professional and Notion.

Additionally, PreSonus Sphere members gain access to over 100 sample, effect and loop libraries, and all future plug-ins and add-ons to Studio One, which include Ampire, Channel Strip Collection, CTC-1 Pro Console Shaper and more.

The service is being marketed as more than just “a huge toolbox” however, as PreSonus asserts that there’s a strong community aspect to Sphere as well.

For teams working together through PreSonus Sphere, a virtual workspace allows projects to be easily shared, and also features a real-time chat function. Each membership is also supplemented with 30GB of user cloud storage, which can be used to store backups, stems and other project files.

In terms of a wider community, PreSonus has said that it plans to host member-only events and training sessions for users to expand their networks. Members will also be able to access an exclusive Studio One chat, where they can pose questions to power users.

PreSonus Sphere memberships are priced at $14.95 per month or $164.95 per year.
