Korg teases new product for 2019

It appears to be Minilogue- or Odyssey-sized synth.

Korg fans, we’ve got news for you: a fresh product from the Japanese brand is right around the corner.

The brand took to Twitter yesterday to make the announcement. Check out the tweet here:

From the image, it’s fairly obvious that the new product is of a smaller form, so it’s safe to rule out full-sized synths. It appears to be Minilogue- or Odyssey-sized, so our money’s on it being an update to either one of these synthesisers, or a new entrant in the same size category.

Either way, it’s a very exciting development and we’re expecting it to be presented at NAMM 2019 in January. It’ll be interesting to see what else this industry giant has in store for its fans, so stay tuned for updates.
