Korg hints at another synth release for January 2020

Korg January teaser

After recently teasing a new synth for an early 2020 release, Korg has taken to Facebook and Instagram to announce a second synthesiser. Only three days later than the release of the first synthesiser, the second will arrive on the 10 January 2020. With #NAMM2020 left by Korg in the comments, no doubt we’ll be catching a glimpse at the new gear at this years NAMM event. You can see the teaser video below.

This video poses quite an interesting twist – previously, the music tech community was speculating the rerelease of the ARP 2600, after somewhat of a leak of information. Evidently, we may be treated to the ARP 2600 and a new mystery synth. Fortunately, we have less than a week to find out, so stay tuned.
