Klevgränd, one of our favourite developers who delivered some of the coolest little virtual instruments of 2016 has released Baervaag, their newest app that promises yet more fun and tinkering…
A spokesperson told us, “Baervaag consists of one carrier and one modulator, of which both waveforms can be modified seamlessly from sine wave to pure square wave with PWM (pulse width modulation). Input velocity can modulate the FM Feedback, Filter, ADSR Attack and Volume. It has an ADSR control for each oscillator, and a controllable wobble factor that adds analogue unpredictability. Plus, it is packed with sweet presets.”
Though it comes with a host of features Klevgränd assures us that it’s been designed to be an expressive and intuitive instrument, one “that you’ll learn to love in less than a minute.”
Baervaag is available for an intro price until 21st February on iPhone and iPad (AUv3) for £4.99, and on desktop as AU and VST for £12.99.
