Synchro Arts adds ARA 2 support for VocALign plug-ins
Tighter DAW integration for the Project and Pro.

Synchro Arts has released updates for its VocALign Project and Pro plug-ins. The updates add support for ARA 2, an extension designed to make workflow more seamless.
For the uninitiated, VocALign is a useful tool that speeds up the otherwise arduous process of tightening double-tracked vocals and backing harmonies. It does this by first analysing two audio signals, before editing one to match the timing of the other.
As mentioned earlier, ARA 2 support helps make workflow faster and easier, thanks to improved communications between plug-ins and DAWs. The updated VocALign Project and Pro plug-ins will be compatible with these ARA 2-friendly DAWs:
- Steinberg Cubase Pro 10 and Nuendo
- Presonus’ Studio One Professional
- Logic Pro X
- Cakewalk by BandLab
- Reaper
