Behringer has unveiled Crave, a semi-modular analogue synth unit which will only set you back $199.

One of the main highlights of this affordable device is its 3340 analogue oscillator, the very same one found in Behringer’s Neutron and the Sequential Prophet-5, the latter of which can cost upwards of $4,000.

Crave also has a 32-step sequencer, 16-voice poly chain, classic ladder filter and an analogue patch bay that enables linking up external analogue or Eurorack devices on top of self-patching capabilities.
