Get your dose of delay and reverb with Audiothingies’ Doctor A
With MIDI and CV ins, this desktop processor is compatible with a host of synth gear.

Following the DoubleDrummer and MicroMonsta synths, Audiothingies has now turned its attention to effects. The French brand has unveiled Doctor A, a desktop stereo delay and reverb unit tailored to synth gear.
Doctor A boasts both MIDI and CV ins, connections which enable the device to be hooked up to controllers, synthesizers and any other compatible gear. Once plugged into the device, you’ll be greeted with two effects: a 12-bit modulated delay and a vintage style reverb. Additional features include Tap and MIDI Sync functions for the delay as well as an independent modulation control for the reverb.
Elsewhere, the processor comes with four memory banks for you to store/recall favourite presets. It also boasts a two-way headroom switch that can flip from +19dBu to +7dBu for louder sources.
