Casio Music, innovators in the digital musical instrument industry, have unveiled three new designs within its popular home piano ranges; Privia and Celviano – available in stores from early September 2017. To coincide with this product release is a new-look website further establishing the brand as Casio continues revamping its product lineup & overall image within the music industry

From 1st August, customers will be able to access the site at – www.music.casio.co.uk. The redesign signifies a shift in a new creative direction for the brand, with its modern and intuitive sensibilities improving the customer experience.

A defining feature of the site is based on the repositioning of their Home Piano range, hosting the three new models: PX-870, PX-770 and AP-270 (available in both a sleek black and matt white finish). The new pianos reflect the developed aesthetic of the website, with a streamlined feel and cabinet redesign which moves the feature controls onto the pianos’ side panel, offering an overall cleaner look.

Other new features include:

The Celviano AP-270: – For the first time, the entry model of the new Celviano range boasts improved European and NEW American Grand Piano samples.

  • Android and iOS App Compatibility with Casio’s new Chordana Play
  • A refreshed elegant design with a new keyboard cover

The Privia PX-770 and PX-870 – an improved Stereo Grand Piano tone with damper resonance and 19 additional tones

  • PX870 – Equipped with a revolutionary new Sound Projection Speaker System, creating the most natural piano sound field to date and a responsive Headphone Mode for refined silent practice.

Lastly, all three models offer Concert Play with 10 expandable songs, placing the pianist at the heart of live, real audio orchestral recordings so the player can experience the simulated joy of accompanying an orchestra.

Neil Evans, Divisional Manager at Casio Music UK says: “The new models in our Privia and Celviano home piano range reflect an exciting and diverse offering to our customers that will suit their home, lifestyle and passion in the most compelling way. The new pianos maintain premium quality features that guarantee to enthuse both beginner and advanced players alike at reasonable and affordable prices.”

Jack Terroni, Product Marketing at Casio Music UK says: “We are proud to unveil our new website at a time when we are pushing the boundaries of what it means to be a musical instrument manufacturer. Our refreshed aesthetic reflects the new creative and modern direction we are moving towards at Casio Music UK, and we are passionate in this endeavour, whilst also upholding our commitment to providing a premium quality instrument throughout our product categories.”
