Soundgarden is an American rock band formed in 1984. They are part of the "Seattle grunge" genre and are currently signed to A&M Records. Their key albums are Superunknown (1994), Down on the Upside (1996), and King Animal (2012). Their latest album is Echo of Miles: Scattered Tracks Across the Path (2014). They have won two Grammy Awards.
