deadmau5 (aka Joel Zimmerman) is a Canadian electronic music producer and DJ from Toronto. He began producing music in 1998 and is best known for his progressive house sound. He currently produces music for the label mau5trap and has released 8 studio albums, with the latest being 'W:/2016Album/' in 2016. He has won two Grammy awards and two Juno awards.
